Refunds
No Refunds / Exchanges on items unless a fault has been deemed by both parties.
Damages and issues
Wrong sizing or damaged goods during wash is the buyer's responsibility as size chart and Abaya care details are available and encouraged to be read before purchase.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
Kawsar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should the carrier confirm delivery with proof of delivery and you have not received your package, you must file a claim directly with your local carrier. We recommend retaining all tracking information for reference.

Free local pickups available in Bennett Springs and Belmont. You will receive an email after purchase with more details.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Australia/New Zealand:
Standard: 5-10 business days
Express: 3-5 business days - International orders: 10-21 business days
